Title 1st, LLC is a comprehensive title agency owned and operated by attorneys, Kathy Herdman Brady, Paul Revelson, Joseph Cesta and Robyn Revelson. Collectively, our attorneys have over 55 years of real estate and title law experience.  Our attorneys possess the necessary legal experience to help provide you with a hands-on approach to ensure a cost effective and professional closing process.
